The thing that upsets me the most is how Nichio treated Nakamura, which reminds me a lot of how Ford Motors treated Robert Kearns, who invented the intermittent windshield wiper, which Ford responded to by first firing him and then stealing his invention. But at least Kearns won a fierce legal battle with Ford and was awarded $10M for his invention, though sadly the battle cost him his marriage.
