  1. There's a fatal flaw in your argument. It only makes sense to compute an infinite sum if you know the value of each term, which we certainly don't in the case of the twin prime conjecture, so you haven't solved this problem, though you defined an currently incomputable quantity. Your argument begs the question of whether there are infinitely many pairs of twin primes, since the only way we could determine whether your sum is 0 or 1 is to first determine whether there are infinitely many pairs of twin primes!
