  1. watched and agreeing with everything except the john wheeler double slit explanation... light always act as a wave and light cant go back in time. What happens is just slight of hands and since you can do a photoelectric effect in sub photon levels, so can you cause a photoelectric effect on the detector in sub photon levels registering a hit. But its matter that is quantized not light.
