@__-fl3yt Thwres something very wrong with you if you want to fire people who are only going to do the jobs they were hired to do. Want more out of workers than they are entitled to more pay. That's how that works now.

@__-fl3yt People doing the jobs they were hired to do and nothing more is only causing problems because you ask employees to do more than they were hired to do and are unwilling to compensate them for it. I'm not sure why your business degree here is relevant.
