Many times I have had and observed much better outcomes in life when people go with whatever you have and what it seems to want to do naturally, rather than have having a picture in your mind of a perfect idealized result that you want at the end. Usually you're going to get something better if you let the tools that you have around you and your own talents guide you, and see what comes out best from that particular combination of factors. - adam ragusea in other words you'll get better results if the results are influenced by the process, tools and your skills, rather than just trying to replicate an exact idea from your head (which is impossible)

could you do some more healthy recipes? I really like your recipes, but i have 0 interest in making waffles, ice cream, cookies, donuts, red meat. I think most people would agree. unhealthy things might get more clicks, but I'm sure they get less use.

i dont understand people who eat out so much... I eat out maybe once a month... even if you can afford it (which in this economy, how...), how and why do you want to spend so much time doing it? just driving to a restaurant takes more time than making a quick meal, but when it's all done you've wasted at least an hour.

are you sure your pizza steel doesn't just suck? seems like the thin grate would have a hard time holding onto much heat, which is the point of preheating it. most of it is just exposed to the same air as the rest of the oven. I'm curious how much a solid half inch thick pizza steel would compare.

i couldn't care less if "i could care less" could be short for something that makes sense. the way it's said makes no sense, and the people saying it have no idea what they're actually trying to say, they're just parroting what they heard someone else say (which was either wrong, or they misheard it).

anyone criticising youtubers for trying to make money needs to seriously shut up. if making youtube wasn't profitable, 99% of the creators you watch would not be making online content. no one would ever make regular content for years for absolutely free.

whats it like to live in a place where are the local food places aren't complete garbage? all my local places are just crappy restaurants owned by people who care about money and not food, and all the food is sub par, worse than i can make at home.
