  1. the having kids argument would make a lot more sense if the entire planet wasn't literally falling apart due to overpopulation. having kids is the most selfish thing you can do: duplicating your genes to fulfill your ego and biological desires at the expense of our entire ecosystem. if breeding is our only goal, we will eventually exhaust this planet of it's resources and die out. it's not responsible, it's unsustainable.
