I tried not rinsing the beans like I usually do -- it didn't come out too salty, but I didn't think about how much water is actually in the bean juice, and it came out very soupy by the end (looks like yours is that way intentionally, but i usually make mine thicker so it can be eaten with chips or on a tortilla like a taco). just something to keep in mind!
