it's completely impossible for any human being to deserve that much money, and if they did, their job sure as fuck wouldn't be a CEO. maybe like, a pediatric cancer surgeon with an extremely high success rate, or a scientist who cured a horrible disease. but even they wouldn't deserve a billion dollars, and they wouldn't want it even if they did. so we just shouldn't allow it at all.
