Okay but really would atoms decaying in different ways really have that much of an effect on the real world? I don't see how I would somehow become president because of different atoms, I would still have to choose it and do all that work. Your decisions would have to be affected by what goes on at an atomic level, but are they? Maybe we don't know enough about how brains work yet either. But what does it affect? When I flip a coin does decaying atoms change the result? Are there actually some universes where the coin lands differently?
