im more surprised that they still think he's making america better
70
that's why trump has so many supporters. he doesn't tell them what to do, he tells them what he's going to do.
69
almost like our founding fathers already knew this and that's why public school exists at all, wow
67
@ninaconnolly6077 that's okay when it's to save the lives of millions of people and the future of our children.
44
why cant there just be a political party called poor people
35
i mean, our president is a reality tv host so
31
nothing is illegal any more
19
yeah that's basically the point of politics. but it's like an EA game, they know fixing these loopholes wont bring them more players(voters), so instead they focus on shiny new features, instead of fixing the problems. then you just keep wracking up the technical debt until it stops being profitable, then you shut it down and move on. billionaires will suck us dry, and when things get bad, they will leave for the next most exploitable country.
17
nah, it meant no rules. especially for corporations, who they think are heroes who generously create jobs for us
17
stop acting like they regret it. they like this.
17
it'll just happen again. we need term limits.
13
literally anyone in the world would pardon their own son. yet when a convicted felon who tried to overthrow democracy pardons strangers who tried to overthrow democracy, he's just being a boss
13
"The second thing."
9
sometimes it's your only option other than throwing out the degree you spent years earning and accepting that you'll never escape student debt
6
how about we swap the pay for lawyers and teachers :p
5
@faustinreeder1075 yes, lack of child abuse is the problem
4
how the hell are capital gains taxed less than income.... they should be taxed at 90%... they literally do no work for them
3
both parties are disgusting. money shouldn't run politics. as long as we keep giving them money they are incentivized to not change it.
3
@misspriss2482 he has more plans than any other candidate. shut up.
3
I'd use another R word to describe it.
3
It's been completely fucked since I've been alive.
3
save us leeja
3
biden would have lost too.
3
they need to be forced to retire at the set retirement age.
2
insane that he won based on immigration which is a completely made up issue
2
if you dont pick reasonable goals, you wont accomplish anything
2
agree. they are far too right wing for me.
2
why is it not illegal for news stations to lie about news?
2
the democrat party died when they chose hillary over bernie.
1
there is nothing wrong with passing the cost off to consumers. you should have to pay more for things made in other countries. it incentivizes people to buy American made goods and not send all their money to china. I think trump is a fucking r3tard but I'm yet to be convinced tarriffs are bad
1
people are still buying from amazon?
1
not only should the president be allowed to be arrested, if he's found to be abusing his power to break the law, he should spend the rest of his life in jail. if you abuse the presidential power, that's treason and a betrayal of every american citizen.
1
a democratic republic is democracy based solely on vibes.
1
@troywalkertheprogressivean8433 fuck off. he's one of the only honest politicians we have.
1
words have no meaning for republicans, they just use whatever makes the people the hate sound worse
1
the brightest timeline
1
@FloorFerret we dont have one
1
because we hate our fellow citizens
1
i couldn't find your memes =[
1
americans should stop making plans to take over the fucking governmetn! that's facsist no matter what side is doing it. we need to diversify spread out power as much as possible.
1
This isn't a problem with the conservative party. It's a natural progression of a 2-party system. As long as we allow political power to be conglomerated into 2 parties (which is still basically a monopoly), this is an inevitably certaintly. Voting blue wont fix this. Only removing the 2 party system can save our government.
1
thank you for always being so level headed leeja you are one of the few people that give me hope
1
there's nothing to fight, trump legally won, and can now legally do whatever he wants with no repercussions. there's nothing to fight, all you can do is survive.
1
yeah, be an asshole, be an idiot, but at least be fucking consistent.
1
to be fair, relying on unwritten laws to prevent the presidents corruption was idiotic. we need strong anticorruption laws, most importantly against the president.
1
the plan was take our money and pretend to care, and it worked.
1
school prepares you for nothing except to take out more loans for college because your high school diploma is now useless
1
yes
1
fuck parties. parties are just a corruption of democracy. a concentration of power that takes power away from individual voters and people with new ideas, so the power can be bought off by corrupt interests. democracy cannot exist with political parties. as long as they do we're just lying to ourselves about living in a democracy.
1
lol stop living in the worst state in the US. there's plenty of states that aren't filled with insane people that want you to die
1
haha
1
it changed to we the wealthy
1
@mw4507 yes, and republics aren't real democracies.
1
The year is 2099, the Emperor of the United American Empire, Donald Trump Jr., has declared martial law, forcing all citizens who have ever used a voting machine to be confined to their houses. One young hero is sent on a quest by the all-knowning BERNIEBOT2000 to go back in time and throw baby reagan off the Hoover Dam. Can changing the past save the future, or is everything irrevocably FUCKED? Find out this summer: Wet Hot American Winter coming to a theater near you.
1
their hate is created by the fox/the gop. they arent inherently hateful. fox scares them and tells them other people are the cause, so of course they hate them. blame the systems not the individuals.
1
too bad republicans think that's democrats and immigrants
