  2. I'd rather they turn it over to the employees, restructuring the company into an employee-owned cooperative, where they each own an equal share. I don't think it's fair to the employees to just shut it down, and I don't think we can / should expect the government to be able to run a bunch of separate companies well or without conflicts of interest.
