  1. butter is garbage now too because they feed the cows whatever waste they can get cheapest, so the cows are extremely unhealthy and don't get the nutrients they're supposed to when eating grass. if you do buy butter instead, make sure you get grass-fed (which also apparently has high levels of DHA)
