  2.  @phimuskapsi  companies are not punished for defrauding individuals. the only time fraud cases go through is when an individual defrauded a company.

  3. it sucks that's its come to this, but its mostly true. the worst part is they are abusing users trust with their audience to trick them. creators should absolutely refuse to promote any product personally unless they actually endorse it. otherwise they are complicit in the scam.
