  2.  @SexyBeautifulBabe  it was never safe it was safer in the early 2000s compared to now but it still was activity going on, the 80s and 90s was the worse years for nyc, even when Giuliani was mayor the city had its bad years than it’s good years ! The city was never completely safe tho it always was incidents every other day
