  1. According to my GF, who is one of the 6% of greek workers who noped out, a large part of the issue is corruption. Which doesn't really seem to be mentioned here. An example of this corruption is that the Orthodox church (one of the wealthiest groups in the country) are fully on the payroll of the government. This is not only gross as church and state should always be seperated but it's just ridiculous. The orthodox church shouldn't just be cut off financially they should also be made to start paying taxes.
