TAFE has been shit for about 20 years, huge amounts of red tape, and a massivley loose qualifications framework allowing anyone to get qualifications that can kill people (ever come across a sparky who doesn't understand basic yr10 electrical behaviour or not understand why swapping neutral & ground is a bad idea?). I have a workplace & training accred btw. most worthless accreditation system I have ever seen.
