Ummm, Steve Jobs was an incredible narcissist and very negative person, he would scream at people and push poor projects ahead of good ones (The Apple Lisa is a good example) he managed to run Apple right into the ground after he got rid of Woszniak, Gates got MS to buy up 50% of the non-voting shares in Apple so MS wouldn't be done as a monoppoly (a lawsuit being pushed at the time), and also get the entry to putting applications onto Apple devices. His time at the helm the second time he took credit for the imac (already ready for production when he came back), the ipod (external design, sony components, a bought name) and a bunch of things he and the team at Apple actually had very little to do with. Add in his internal treatment of staff and his own daughter and you have an extremely negative personality with a large amount of charisma.
