  2.  @AnekantavadaExtirpation  that’s how I would define exercise too if I wanted to say walking wasn’t exercise. But that’s not the definition of exercise Attia is using nor what most people use. It’s very narrow and limits exercise to only being in clinically controlled environments where growth is stimulated which is frankly ridiculous.

  3. The carnivore space is a bit of an echo chamber , especially if you’re only going off comments online. If you have a lot of autoimmune issues or if you’re coming from a poor diet sure it can help - but it’s not magical. Lots of diets can help. The main problem is the carnivore influencers who tell their audience that ‘plants are trying to kill you’ . This simply isn’t the case. If you decide to go carnivore you could see an improvement in your health , but you’d be forgoing the benefits that come from consuming plants.

  4. He says to do it throughout your life and he actually says most of it should be low intensity. If you build up your vO2 max in your youth it’ll help you when you’re older.
