You can injure yourself doing any exercise with too much weight and/or bad form. Make sure you work on ankle and hip mobility and squat and deadlifts will be much safer as well. The benefits of doing deadlifts properly are far reaching and not just beneficial to power lifters.

 @rajkishorebehera7489 peanut butter comes with a lot more fat and calories. The meat sources do have more cholesterol.

 @rajkishorebehera7489 sure , but there are also non vegan sources of protein that have no or low saturated fat as well. Often the best diet is the one you can stick to. It’s not clear that after controlling for calories a lot of these ‘bad’ nutrients such as saturated fat, cholesterol , sugar etc lead to worse health outcomes on their own. If vegan diet works for someone , then they should stick with it. If consumption of meat works for someone then they should stick with that. There’s a lot of individual variability with health, and being overly zealous regarding one type of diet doenst achieve a lot. Edit: protein quality is also something to consider. Not to say it’s not possible with a vegan diet to get high quality protein , it just often involves mixing sources. That’s fine , but everyone is different , stick to a diet with high quality protein may be difficult for some depending on their taste preferences, income or where they live.
