  2. nope modern day police would do just as badly. police are armed with the same basic loadout. pistol 9mm shotgun and AR15s small arms fire is not going to stop a T800 as shown in terminator genesis you need a 50 caliber rifle to take out a T800 if you shoot it at the power cell.
