  4. didn't someone mention they can nationalize the tow truck industry and force them to tow awayall the trucks? because someone mention if you refuse even after the emergency act you get a mandatory 5 year prison sentence? is this true?

  5.  @njspencer79  I just asked some other commenter and apparently refusing gov order in Canada like this emergency act is prison plus fine I'm not sure if these guys are good at playing hard ball , you'd be surprised how effective threat of prison and fines can do to people bravery (tow truck drivers)
