let's just stop beating around the bush. it's getting too expensive to live in the us. seniors were flocking to mexico starting in the 1970s to stretch their dollars out further. it's 2023 we're 51 years removed from the gold standard and working age people today that aren't making at least $150k can't afford to live in america today especially the metro /coastal areas. so going to SE asia where your dollars go further on top of asia being perceived as this rising dragon just makes sense. you guys do realize that economic gains are all going towards S. America, africa, middle east and asia now. which one sounds more appealing being able to "live" on a $1000 USD/month or scraping by on $4000 a month in the usa.
