  4. people aren't exactly rich and flushed with cash. if their car is working than they're going to hold onto it for dear life. And while 12.5 years is the average duration of owning their cars. as for getting a car if you need it. carmax is a ripoff.

  6. why do you think they're gonna slap on a tariff to chinese cars whether they come in from canada/mexico/ or direct from china they know that chinese evs would kill the us automakers. at this point it's all a monopoly. what else is new.
