  3. it's no stupid. look at where the money is going. think about it insurance companies aren't stupid. if they know something is going to be a total loss in the future they will not insure these properties.

  4. the funny thing is back in teh early 2000s or late 1990s they were doing a expose on him saying hey was a frugal billionaire or very thrifty with his money driving his old beat up honda accord and such. he's definitely changed.
