  13. This is old news. They want birthrates and tax revenues to go up. The reverse is happening they want men to shoulder the safety net programs cost because the government is going into debt to finance them. So basically I'm not doing this out of the kindness of my heart is I gotta shuffle the load into someone else. Across. The developed nations citizens are taking more out of there safety net than tax layers putting money in it
