  2. if i had to put money on it and just take the safe bet the only countries or nations that have the means to make things happen and have any real incentives to engage in warfare is the usa and by extension its europe allies. so really its like if anything happens its' the us that make it happen and russia/their alleis are merely moving to check against what the US /europe is doing. if im wrong than im wrong but basically you can count on one hand how many countries have the means /motives to pull strings behind the scenes and do power moves. bottom line what benefit would it do to russia to get bogged down in a war. russia is also going through its own demographics issues and it would be a very moronic move to waste their young peoples lives on something that doesn't even pay out for them.
