  6. 1. living in chinese cities is expensive. both the wife/husband have ot work every hour under the sun every day just ot make ends meet. if CPC really care about this how about htey just give the people money. 30 years worth of salaries. 2.) the millennials have to take care of their parents (boomers) grand parents (silent gen) or maybe even the great grandparents (ww2 generation) that's 3 generations of elders to take care of. there's no tiem for the grandkids. 3.) getting married in china is expensive. the dowry is a lot of money. car, house, fancy wedding. 4.) basically the run of hte mill chinese worker can not make enough money to live a adequate life + take care of the parents/grandparents + save for retirement/every day expenses while taking care of the kid.

  8. the us is not combat ready. if we do fight a hot war with china we do not have a large enough pool of soldiers/sailors/airmen to draw from that are fit to serve unless we go WW2 style and just take anyone with a pulse. our all volunteer force is stretched ot hte limit as shown in afghanisan and iraq. also we do not have our manfuacture base anymore. how can you fight a war without a industrial infrastructuring. china can divert everything to wartime production ad we would be basically screwed.
