  4. the only way you could stop if its legal or not. is anyone from a liberal state moving to a conservative state will be denied driverse license/ID cards. the locals refuse to sell their properties to anyone from those areas moving there. this is essnetially a freezeout but you will get so uch pushback against this idea but it's one way to bottleneck them.

  17. the issue is ... people are easily manipulated and greedy. oh you wil offer me 1 million dollars for my tiny shack of a house. ok deal. and thats where it starts. if people hold on to their houses like i'm going to pass this on to my descendants and etc. that would help. because that means familis would be anchored in thier communities but people don't think like that for the most part anymore.
