well since most of the money interest is in the north east new england area in the uSA i believe it will start there and spread itself out to the west. many of the banks you see in the west are nothing more than bank branches. you're not going to get anywhere taking out the small potatoes instead of the one punching the tickets.

fdic has 2% of all deposistor funds covered if we have 19.5 trillion in depositor funds, fdic only has like 390 billion thats only enough for 1-2 bank failures and well there goes all of fdic money

it's simple really. banks can combat this by just raising their CD rates. to match treasury rates. when poeple see tbills having such high interest is a no brainer people will pull their money out to invest in other things.

people say we have as much manufacturing output as much as before with less people employed in manufacturing... well if that's the case it's still not doing us any good as people are being employed in fields that pay less money and don't create value.
