you're right. it's foolhardy to expect something as flawed as that contract that is actually got more holes init than a swiss cheese to hold up lol

also the money you make it's yours.

i think they should just stfu about getting the better job. if it comes it comes. i mean like saying it does not make it so. ( i meant your ex)
2
if you have a pension or life insurance.... forget about it.
2
if adjust for inflation our wages haven't gone up since 1979.... you're right if we compare the run of the mill tradesman with the run of hte mill white collar worker tradesman wins it's not until we hit the upper management white collars where they start overtaking the tradesman in earnings unless we're talking about you owning your own business than you're the owner and earn owner money

@8House I know all propaganda and conditioner happens from the top and it filters down and women are always key targets. Men they can break too but it wastes them an extra few months
2
with inflation taking hold. th us dollar potentially losing reserve currency status, with the long term yields creeping up and with SSI dwindling down in the future there's just not enough money to spread around for the run of the mill american worker. at this point the run of the mill american worker is lucky to be able to afford their car, housing, insurance, and food.
2
you mean out.
2
why do you think the elites forced w*men to get into the work force.... more money to be made there.
1
taxes in america is ridiculous. the average worker is paying anywhere from 20-35% in taxes but get little to no benefits out of hte social safety nets.
1
congrats. if you can buy rolex watches as easy as the regular person buys cheap shoes ($20-30) at walmart taht means you are making in the high 6 figures.
1
dig the office.
1
or worse your business is up for grabs.
1
at the end of the day pros and cons cost benefit. as like anything. if the cost outweigh the benefits no one would do it man or woman.
1
at this point all publicans are far left.
1
and who knwos how many are off the books. (cough cough )
1
you struggling with rent
1
@danieldaniels7571 you ever consider getting room mates or find some other way to slash your expenses?
1
if you're making less than $2000 a month you're below minimum wage level. in the blue states with $15 as minimum wage you should be making at least $2400.00 a month
1
@dragonfan4399 depends on which part of texas. i hear texas is turning purple now. where the osuth is blue and the north is still red. but going by texas min wage which is $7.25/hr (unless it changed) anyone making that kind of money is $1160/month which ... well you're gonna have to find some way to supplement your income.
1
unless your parents died early. something my grandparents didn't deal with (aging parents) as my great grandparents died when my grandparents were in their 30s.
1
sad thing is in the west if you live with your parents or without your own "home" you are not husband material. ... sadly
1
for some reason you get made fun of if you bring up your hand. (by the w*men)
1
that's true. you can control your expenses on your whim while not so much when you're tied down
1
actually it's the elites that caused the paradigm shift taht filtered down to ..them lol
1
what's to feel sorry about. they drank the kool aid of their own free will.
1
well your mother is quite silly to even ask those quesions knowing that she's the one tying you down.
1
60% of millennials making $100,000 or more are living paycheck to paycheck... shocking.
1
unless you have a cayman island bank account she doesn't know about and you put a lot of money there as a backup plan.
1
because w*men in asia are also attaining higher education and employment opportunities pretty much discarding blue collar m*n and such exactly mirroring the west.
1
@Kevin-qj7fp even the strict asian confucism heiarcheries are eroding away. china has a over abundant amount of single men . which are trying to compensate by going to SE asian and getting a bride there but hey try and bring them back to china.... big mistake it would be like someone from USA going to mexico to get a bride and bringing her back to the states.... we know what happens then. then also we create the same issues in those other countries where they get the brides with someone else getting left out in the cold.
1
also considering how much more expensive life is getting and with social security/safety nets dwindling down you'd be better off squirelling away as much money as you can away for your own retirement. (w*men do hte same thing when they're married) they funnel a lot of the money to their own stashes.
1
given how life is getting more expensive year by year and with safet net programs shrinking like SSI its just getting tough to maintain that disney fairtyale of having a house, car, stay at home wife with hte 3 kids.
1
take it away and see what happens lol
1
uh.... you got 8 properties. you're in the 1% bro
1
actually it's something people forget to mention. w*men want men to be the protector/provider while at the same time they're competing for the same jobs that the m*n are also trying to get. when the w*men get those jobs that pay the good money to be able to support a family they complain about oh where are the good quality m*n that are husband material? my thoughts are always m*n can't be the provider /protector if you are taking their careers away from them. before anyone says that is a terrible thing to say. if we go back in time if say in the 1860s or 1950s w*men had the same access to the workforce back then as they did today ... the same sh*t would've happened then as it did today where we would have high unemploy*ment for men and w*men complaining about where did all the husband material m*n go.
1
top 10th percentile no issue there. top 20th percenti no issue there. no issue unti you hit maybe 50th-60th percentile thats' where you start seeing more single than not single. and when we get to below 40th percentile... we dont' really need to bring that up anymore.
1
youtube doing its thing again
