  14. baby boomers are for the most part retired. 1946-1963 oldest are 77 and the youngest are 60. so really it's just the ones that are born 1959-1963 that are still below retirement age (SSI) the rest that are old enough to collect are gone. i mena they could still work if they need the money but on paper lionshare of htat population is retired. but you're right it's gonna get ugly
