  1. the deadlift is a mistake to add in the event because that requires specific technique and training to pull off efficiently. jesus there looks like he's not a lifter which is not a fair event for him and even then he pulled off 30 reps at 225 lbs which is impressive. the other 2 guys aren't lifters and they looed like they were keeping up with the women. it should have all been functional strength events. on the womans side you have a triathalon athlete, a power lifter, and a soldier
