  5. the most basic type of landlord is the one where you have a front/back house you rent out one of them and since you're in such close proximity you can maintain an eye on your property and do rapid response if needed.

  7. actually i think his situation is different he's complaining of the interest rates going up that was his real beef. the other indian lady landlord has a squatter that won't budge.
