  12. depends boomers are 1946 to 1964 so if we use 25-30 as traditional peak childrearing years. oldest boomers started having kids 1971/1976 midd boomers 1955 started having kids 1980/1985 youngest boomers 1964 1989/1994 so really when people say booomers are parents of millennials they're really talking about the mid /young boomers not the older cohorts. of course there are people that had kids later or multiple kids and the younger ones being millennials etc.

So really this service based economy model we currently have is hitting close to 30 years already at least.
