  3.  @aarons6935  phillipines have been an american colony from 1898 to 1946 before that a spanish colony from 1521 to 1898. if anything they've been exposed to the west far longer than any other country in the east at least directly. if an asian country has english as one of its official languages that's a red flag.

  5. well china has a one party controlled government so basically china if their birthrates are bad enough... they could probably mandate child births by force if needed. tha's the power they have that japan and korea don't have.
