  1. our education institutions do not align with the marketplace and it's doing a major disservice to the up and coming workers. education institutions are basically to train the workers of tomorrow. not for the jobs of yesterday. since majority of post secondary education is derived from research universities than the fault really lies with them. im not talking about trade school or vocational schools
