  1. in a bygone time people were so poor that one of the reasons you joined the military was ... 3 squares a day.... economic prosperity and military enlistment have a correlation one with another. if people have more opportunite in the private sector world enlistment drops because if you have easier options that pay similar money... take the easier options. also andrew tate is not wrong on profits that military make on behalf of companies. major general Smedley D. Butler author of war is a racket recipeint of 2 congressional of medal of honors... said in his time in the miliary ... they were basically mercanaries in uniform.

  9. nope even during WW2, korea, vietnam, WW1 ever since the selective service act began they allowed for medical waivers, educational waivers, primary breadwinner waiver etc. that's not going to chnge. also rich kids have joined the military in the past, they just go to ocs, become officers, or go to the service academies and become officers or join the air national guard. that's the route GW bush took. the easiest way to outfox the draft is to just break your foot, feign medical illness, psychological illness, or just leave the country. you're not going to outsmart the rich folks. they wrote the rules. just be glad they don't have the replacement system from teh civil war wher you can just pay for someone to take your place. $250.00 in 1860 dollars.

  10. 1.) i thought the only thing stopping the top brass from basically straight out abusing the lower ranked enlistees was teh UCMJ? or is the UCMJ no longer even working? 2.)last i checked according to act of congress officers are gentlemen. so by default they're already a rung higher.
