  32. housing market will not crash as long as there is a large enough population to sustain the market. you want lower housing prices you would need to erase at least 1/3 of the population instantly because if you are banking on them building more housing to actally accommodate everyone and to lower the pricing... forget about it. any new builds are definitely not going to be a place you would want to live in anyways.

  34. that's subjective kids today have moer than kings of yesteryear because the things today didn't exist in yesteryear. kings had the wealth and they didn't need to do anything with their needs and wants taken care of on their beck and call. the current comparison would be kings of yesteryear their wealth transferred to today would be jeff bezos, elon musk, bill gates, etc and their purchasing power

  45. i too find that the more that time passes everything is becoming more complicated and you have to keep learning keep staying on top of everything when it's a lot of stuff to stay on top of. it's exhausting.
