  2. there's 2 types of conditions people want that i have observed not only do they want economic freedom but also political freedom. this is very hard to get in the world as places that offer you economic stability scale back on political freedoms and places that offer you political freedoms usually scale back on economic stability... see the see saw effect here. it's a trade off you get one or the other you can't get both
