  3. it doesn't really matter as let's say 2022Q4 price is $479,500.00 right now is $416,100.00 so far about 14-15 % drop. Q1 2007 - 257,400 Q1 2009 - $208,400.00 20% drop Q2 2020 = $322,600 we will neve see prices drop down to even $322,600 it will just keep going up unless theres a huge supply boost compare to demand which will never happen unless we can magically will homes into existence... or the population basically vanishes. you would need half the population to vanish just to get a 50% drop.
