  1. it's the yin and yang. you need the builders and at the same time you need the engineers to draw up the designs and schematics.. can't have one without the other.

  3. this is the classic every flood into one sector until that sector is saturated and to the point where it would actually deflate the wages. we need a well rounded balanced work force not a work force that is top heavy in any one sector with multiple sectors that are understaffed.

  4. im sure there are a lot of people out there that do what you just said but for everyone one person that did go to college and got a gainful employment degree with government loans you have some fool out there that did not and they get all the news story highlights on them

  5. the only way they can fix this is if they suddenly increase supply by many folds. basically we would need china to come here and build our houses for us at break neck speed because only they have the capabilities of building fast enough even if we get rid of all the zoning and no more nimby we can not build them fast enough.

  6. why don't people flock to the military? job security, free education, healthcare, pension if you can last 20 years, housing allownace etc? like im actually surprised people keep talking about wanting a secure job... the military is pretty much one of the last careers that allow for social mobility and at the same time have pension
