@josefj1776 well people feel the way they feel and it's sometimes justifiable. there was a time when average income earners could afford a house without sweating too much historically it was 5x your wages. but if the average house in america is 500,000 and the median income is only $40,000.00 .... the math doesn't really look good for those median income earners whom decades ago would've been able to buy that house. sure htey wouldn' be having fun for a while but at leas they could do it.

clot shots big difference people in the 1800s had more freedoms tha we living in 2022 would pretty much find alien. we are talking about a time when you could challenge someone to a duel ... and kill them and it was legal. (of course i'm talking pre 1820)

clot shots no you're right... the us is a dying country. people in a thriving vibrant country .... don't feel like this.

@hvaball150 you sure because In po dunk America the national average is $428,000.... Also boomers building American cities??? American cities have been been pretty much built out when even the WW2 generation were in their heyday.....what are you even talking about?

@hvaball150 all I can say Is new cities are dependent on being near water sources. If a city is not near a water source or which water can be delivered, there is a cap at how dense and big it can be. The united states' will never have super cities like in china. Austin Texas has 964,000 people. Mid size city is the best being pegged at 50,000 to 500,000 people and this means Austin is already above mid size.

@PaulaPatioOfficial the youngest millennials are 28 years old this year.... the oldest are 41 years old... if you are still living at home at age 28 and depends on the market but if you're living in a low cost of living area and still stuck at home at 28... the future looks pretty bleak for you.

@DG17474 what kind of house we talking here? like $2 million dollar houses or $20 million dollar mansions? or the standard $500,000 house?

@josefj1776 that's still a hell a bargain considering I see expensive homes but theyre teetering on 80 years or above...on average
