  1. don't play into their hands. make them fire you. don't forgo 6 months of EDD payments. you're basically giving up 3 months worth of pay. regarding cleveland oh and pittsburgh the biggest gripe about living anywhere is are there decent jobs? weather ? is there anything to do over there, etc. governments using civil forfeiture to take your house is a pretty underhanded tactic. trying to go after you for unpaid fines that date back almost 19 years now if it was that 1st hand owner than it's on them they shouldlve known but for anyoen taking over the house they should be made aware of any unpaid leins or fines owed to anyone to have that squared away that's the risk of you taking over a house.
