  2. here's the secret. the creation of cities in itself has caused housing prices to eventually become unaffordable. do you think cities will ever say sorry folks theres too many people some of you have to leave or say sorry we're full no more people allowed.

  3.  @hvaball150  finite space but not capped people density. hmmm but i get it. governments rely on property taxes. (at least for thsoe that can't print infinite money) and if we look back even in the most draconian governments/countries in history no country ever exercised that kind of migration control down to the city. the most i ever saw was migration between provinces or states but that's the strictest i ever saw.

  7. yeah i never understood how they can come and buy up US property with barely any friction while if you as a us investor want to go buy up theirs... they will put up all kinds of roadblocks.
