  1. some things i 've read is that us cities need to copy asia and build high rise apartment style buildings. they're not talking about luxury but just basic apartment style housing. 50-60 stories high. or that people really need to give up the idea of owning a single family home. single people should not be buying single family homes from what i read. if everything is supply /demand people say if you want cheaper housing you will need to wait for the us population to go down. but as we have a pretty much open border immigration policy at this point it will only go up. so population going up and housing supply not even coming close to matching population growth...
