  1. gen z 1997-2010 so the youngest are 14 now the youngest gen z to enter the work forcet his year are those born in 2002 asuming you went to a college program and finish at age 22. so really it's just those born 1997 - 2002 that are working now. but if you want to count those at 18 starting than up to 2006 are working now but let's get real here unelss you went to trade school or apprentice ship what kind of jobs can you realistically get at 18 that can afford to pay you to live.
