  3. We're gonna see a problem in the next 10-20 years due to overflow of people going into the trades as gen alpha get to working age where people are telling them to go into the trades

  8. I think trades people over all make decent money unless you are literally at the apprentice level. But one thing is for sure....you'll always have a job as a trades person

  10. We gotta factor in inform tax too you're making $144k but with at least a quarter of your check gone from taxes you're down to like $108k take home pay that's like $9k a month

  11. This may sound like it's selfish but you guys are commanding record level salaries because of shortages of personnel's. Do you really want a lot of people to come into your fields and drive down wages due to supply demand? Because once the trades start getting more gen z gen alpha in the next 10-20 years you guys might not see this level of record wages for tradesmen ever again
