  5. I don't think so usps has insane volume of packages and they dominate overseas parcel shipping ups FedEx DHL etc don't even come close to USPS pricing

  9. we don't know what the endgame is. if anything it makes no sense. you want renters fine but when you jack everything up so high that you need 6 figure people to afford the rent? and only 20% of people in the USA even makes 6 figures you have a pretty small pool of renters.
