  1. i would argue the education system is not helping with training hte next generation of trademsen . think about it k-12 no vocational training. college is not vocational training. you have to go to vocational school for this and they're not exactly easy to find. or that much cheaper than traditional college. you could do an apprenticeship but again not something that's easy/fluid to get into from school. so either we make vocational training part of k-12 or automatic extension of k-12 or something has to really change because the career path or ladder to become tradesmen is just not intuitive /fluent.
