  2.  @Goodchicken_lameducks  actually real estate is a key component of intergenerational wealth. If the middle class didn't constantly buy and sell and just passed homes from one generation to another they would be better off than in the current timeline

  3.  @Goodchicken_lameducks  the nuclear family dynamic will need to change. In the future or even right now for example a 3 bedroom house will need to fit 9 people assuming you got 3 people to a bunk rack per room. Theres no other choice. 9 adults all chipping in would offset the higher costs to a certain extent....bit so much for any privacy. (9 x $50,000/person means that one house has up to $450,000 worth of money to work with per month)

  5. It's gonna be worse than the 1930s people now have more medical problems and are more sickly than before. Less robust. Less self reliant. If those folks from the great depression barely scraped by with their level of resilience. Folks today will be deleted in masse by famine disease alone

  9.  @Goodchicken_lameducks  the endgame we have seen a merger of corporations and state. They want us to be serfs like back in the medieval ages. They were never too happy to lose that strangle hold over the centuries and are now recouping their losses over the last 523 years. Once you skip to the end you will realize this was their long game...they played 5d chess while the peasants were playing go fish

  12. it's confusing becaues we can't use past busts to predict future busts. every decade there is always some x variable introduced to the equation. the powers to be are way too smart to repeat the same thing twice but the next time around will be a different kind of bust hence we're always being thrown off. like for example the government all of a sudden redefining what a recession is. or saying inverted yield curves don't predict recessions even though they do... you see how we're being gaslit constantly now.

  14. wealthy is how much can you buy. or what your purchasing power is. your parents may not be as "wealthy" as you but they had superior purchasing power. that's something they don't talk about. like sure you make more than your folks when tehy were your age but eerything cost less....

  16. problem is the builders basically control how fast or slow houses are being built. city zoning laws are also impeding that... if ther was some magic deity that was able to with a snap of a finger make enough housing to fit everyone... i do mean everyone overnight it would cause home prices to collapse.
